Marketing

I have just been having a clear-out of paperwork and came across a letter from Toxic.

Here goes nothing then:

...our priorities focus on Quality & Customer Satisfaction, Growth, People and Efficiency.

Under these 4 key areas we will drive our business through:

our culture and our people
best practice
excellence and quality
continuous improvement and innovation
spedning time on what's important; challenging what's not
creating client enthusiasm
making productivity systemic
zero defects

bla de bla.. we want the best products, the best profits, the best reputation with customers and we want to be the best place to work.

Enclosed with the nice letter was a little plastic credit card with these things on to remind you. I have it in my pocket now, and take it out and gaze at it whenever I feel sad....

po.. ai... to lendo achando q eu to abalando... tem 1 ano o texto já...

mas gostei do blog. não posso esquecer q ler coisas em inglês e entender (parcialmente) faz eu me sentir importante... pois é... mas ler e escrever são coisas diferentes.. minha conclusão depois de ler mais de um texto é que eu sempre me lembro de filmes para falar alguma frase simples que expresse o que eu desejo falar. Então a de hoje é a seguinte:

Well done Harry [Potter]
